Meet Our Leaders
Martha Renshaw, CEO
Martha joined TCI in 1987, where she quickly rose to the position of CFO. After serving in that capacity for several years and expanding her knowledge of government acquisition programs and the especially intense environment of the Department of Defense, Martha took over as CEO in 2004.
Martha's strengths are in business acumen, financial analysis, budget management, and marketing. Before coming on board at TCI, Martha worked on several government projects including coordinating a mass transportation project for the Department of Transportation. Martha is currently serving as an Advisory Board Member on Newt Gingrich’s Jobs and Prosperity Task Force. In 2010, she received an award for Top 25 Entrepreneurs in Georgia.
Her talents and passion to make a difference in the world radiate and are imbued in her work and dedication to TCI. Martha has in recent years taken the initiative to move TCI into a brighter future by emphasizing our core values and working toward global sustainability.
Curt Renshaw, President/COO
Curt founded TCI in 1985 after working extensively with the Navy EHF SATCOM Program office of the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command in Washington, D.C. He started TCI to provide continued and more robust engineering, logistics and program management support to the Navy and other Defense branches.
Curt has in depth knowledge of Electromagnetic Theory and Industrial Engineering after studying at Georgia Institute of Technology and George Washington University. He has a dedicated and avid interest in special and general relativity on which he has published numerous papers, received speaking credits, and collaborated with physicists and astronomers around the world. He is working on a doctorate degree in physics at Georgia Tech.
Curt's enthusiasm for TCI and physics exploration creates an exciting and creative work environment where he encourages TCI employees to experiment, think critically, and find ways to advance TCI and its customers in the areas of technology, knowledge, and global sustainability.
