Installation Support
TCI assists in the planning, designing, developing, monitoring, reviewing, and engineering of site/platform installation and facility requirements in areas such as facility improvements, and utilities and environmental support requirements. Our team evaluates information for planning facility design, scheduling installation/de-installation of various terminal and equipment components, including baseband equipment.

At TCI we conduct afloat and ashore site surveys, and assist in the development of BESEPs, ICDs, and acceptance procedures including SOVT documentation. This also includes software and field change upgrade pre-installation PITCO. Additionally, our staff conducts pre-integration software operational testing and inspection of equipment and systems to be integrated and identifies and assists in the correction of deficiencies. We work with Government and Navy logisticians and installation planners to ensure adherence to logistics and installation policies and procedures, including installation-scheduling requirements. TCI provides the following installation support products and services:

  • Develop and review and JCF documentation.
  • Review equipment ICDs and site/platform drawing packages for consistency and completeness.
  • Review SHIPALT and ICDs making design corrections as needed.
  • Support PITCO setup, testing, and configuration tracking.
  • Develop and review PITCO and SOVT test plans, procedures, reports for C4ISR equipment, and baseband equipment.
  • Develop and review FCB information and logistic support package to ensure field changes are properly conducted, implemented, and documented.
