Test and Evaluation
TCI supports the Navy's C4ISR systems integration and integration assessment and evaluation. This support is conducted at the battle group, force and theater level and also to assess tri-service communications interoperability. Our team focuses on the development of mission level capabilities, test, evaluation, and assessment of advanced systems and upgrades, and the capability to conduct and analyze operational testing during DGSIT, COMPTUEX, JTFEX, and INCHOP exercises. This also includes the development of capabilities and limitations documentation and the fielding, operation, and maintenance of resources required to collect data used in the assessment process.

TCI's field engineering support team performs and monitors T&E execution in cognizance with Navy and COMOPTEVFOR direction. We evaluate test plans and procedures for LBTS, dockside test, and at-sea certification of equipment. TCI develops and reviews TEMP, test plans, test procedures, and test records to support both software test IV&V and for system capability performance verification testing. Our staff conducts T&E data analysis, including RMA results, and reporting for system tests and demonstrations. TCI provides the following engineering services:

  • TEMP development and review.
  • DT/OT schedule and test requirements planning.
  • Assessment to perform OPEVAL testing.
  • Afloat/ashore TECHEVAL testing support, record maintenance, and assessment evaluation.
  • Afloat/ashore system and equipment certification.
  • Support for sea trials, laboratory testing, and contractor testing.
