Logistics Management
TCI has a strong team of highly experienced and multi-disciplined logisticians who are fully conversant with the DOD and DON policy and guidance. Our objective is to provide TLCSM support services for performance-based acquisition through the development of performance requirements (operational and contractual) including positive incentives for performance exceeding the minimum standard. FLE and PBL are the key strategies our ILS team uses during acquisition planning.

TCI has experienced personnel that provide logistics planning; cost estimating and control; major interfaces with other organizations; organization for logistics; management and control; and development, implementing, and monitoring PBL strategies. The support strategy alternatives that we develop for each equipment/system utilizes the FLE to operate end-to-end logistics business as a single enterprise and to eliminate or reduce the logistics footprint. We offer an extensive range of ILS activities including: development of ILS plans and schedules tailored to meet the system requirements and project phase; cost, maintenance and spares analysis and tracking; documentation management and the production of technical publications to support equipment/system installations and user's needs; spares optimization; acquisition strategy alternatives, procurement packages, and risk assessment; and support for program milestone decisions and fleet introduction requirements. Our logistics management staff provides the following services:

• Develop ILS acquisition documentation.
• Generate ILS plans and milestones.
• Provide ILSMT, IPT, and working group support.
• Perform ILS assessment and certification support.
• Provide data requirements and management.
• Perform GFP/GFI tracking and ELI data management.
