Manpower, Personnel and Training
Our main focus for MPT is to utilize the TRPPM functional process to conduct and document requirement analyses for manpower, personnel, and training, including training hardware, aids, devices, and support facilities. This is augmented through our use of NTRDM, P-751-1-9-97, in the development of the NTSP, TTE acquisition and management sustaining (delivery) and support documentation, MPTCD, and BCS and E/S/S documentation.

Developing and using the TRPPM determines manpower and personnel requirements that also takes into consideration the maintenance concept for a system, the cost and complexity of training, affordability, and TOC. Our training requirements maximize the use of new learning techniques, simulation technology, embedded training, and instrumentation systems to provide anytime, anyplace training that reduces the demand on the training establishment and reduces TOC through interactive electronic OJT products. The decision to use ICW is based on comprehensive analysis of total training system requirements. We utilize MIL-HDBK-29612 and NAVEDTRA 130 series to support IST/SAT development and also consider IMI and ADL initiatives to keep pace with educational technology enhancements. Our team provides the following capabilities and services:
