The Big Picture
Kuenea, LLC. is a TCI associate company established in 2010. Kuenea's vision is to build a replicable business model and an empowered community that allows economic sustainability anywhere it is applied in the world. Working with TCI, Kuenea will study, design, implement, test and evaluate all appropriate business practices (including management, financing and investment) along with existing and not-yet-existing relevant technologies to incorporate into successful business models.
Kenya
TCI is currently working to advance the economic, environmental, and technological sustainability of Kenyan communities. We provide sustainable development services for these communities to help them establish businesses that work best based on their resources and skill levels while also considering the socioeconomic and environmental impacts.
Our efforts will ultimately replace much of the donations given to help sustain these communities with their own business ideas in action.
Projects Currently in the Works
Harry's Fresh Produce
Working through Kuenea we have established a produce exporting company in Kenya, Kuenea Harry's Fresh Produce Ltd. Initially, Harry's will be exporting Asian vegetables to the United Kingdom. Harry's will use local Kenyan farms, in and around Nairobi, ultimately developing its own farms to achieve full Kenya GAP certification
It is Kuenea's goal to allow Harry's to become a prosperous, sustainable company, improving the standard of living and creating wealth for its employees and farm workers, while providing a solid stimulus to the local economy.
Kuenea Dairy
On a smaller scale, Kuenea is establishing a small dairy operation consisting of four cows delivering milk to local schools, hotels and private individuals.
