Tele-Consultants, Inc. (TCI) is a small, woman-owned business that commenced operations supporting the Naval Electronic Systems Command (NAVELEX) providing system engineering, acquisition logistics, and program management support to the Navy Milstar program. TCI has over a 20 year history of continuous Navy communications support to the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), and Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Newport, RI with consistent growth to our current position as the premier woman owned small business under the small business Multi-Award Contract (SB MAC) Engineering, Logistics, Installations, Test & Evaluation (ELITE) contract vehicle supporting the SPAWAR Enterprise to include PEO C4I and PEO Space Program offices. Our current contracts via the ELITE and its companion Large Business Multiple Award Contract provide professional support services to key PEO C4I & Space programs including the Transformational Communications (TC) satellite systems. Given TCI's C4I & Space experience and expertise, our Seaport e team concept was established with the goal of providing the Virtual SYSCOM with specific functional capabilities expertise in engineering, logistics, test and evaluation and program management support to meet Navy's SeaPower 21 objectives, focusing on our team's core strengths that include FORCEnet and Global Information Grid (GIG) technology solutions that meet many of requirements of the overarching Network Centric Warfare (NCW) architecture.
