TCI is fully dedicated to ensuring quality
best practices are implemented for our Virtual SYSCOM customers.
To ensure the continuation of high quality performance from our
team members, we will utilize guidelines provided in ANSI/ASQC
Q9004-1-1994 "Guidelines for Managing Quality System Elements"
tailored to professional support services including: identifying
quality requirements, establishing and monitoring quality performance,
identifying training needs, and controlling quality data. We maximize
quality by providing performance objectives (i.e., cost, schedule,
and technical requirements) for each SOW/PWS requirement. Our
quality process is a progressive planning approach to develop
standards implementing/monitoring quality including:
|
- Effort - Identify requirements (tasks/deliverables)
and constraints (cost and schedule);
- Conditions - Provide a description of
the program goal(s) and objective(s);
- Resources - Determine
organization team (experience/expertise) and information requisites;
- Limitations - Identify any restrictions
or limits to perform the effort; Requirements - Specify standard
or template to be used;
- Monitor - Define how, when, and where
the effort will be inspected; and
- Evaluate - Detail how to assess the quality
performance criteria
