• Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Process Improvement

  TCI provides Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) and Certified Six Sigma Green and Black Belt support. We have conducted case studies on Lean Six Sigma initiatives to improve organizational execution of CPI initiatives. We have managed the execution of current LSS projects, leveraging integrated data environments for more effective team collaboration.
