IA documentation for AEHF DTU first to meet NSA expectations

TCI supported L3 Telemetry-West in developing drafts of NSA evidentiary documentation for the AEHF DTU. We developed their initial draft Theory of Design and Operation (TDO), Theory of Compliance (TOC), Key Management Plan (KMP), Security Verification Plan (SVP), and Fail-Safe Design and Analysis (FSDA).
The FSDA was the first FSDA to meet NSA’s expectations of this new analysis and document (replacing the old Security Functional Analysis, or SFA analysis), and is often still used as the best example of a FSDA.
